- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping people and solving problems. In the IT field, I found I was aptly situated to do both.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common services provided to our customers is resolving issues with slow laptops/desktops due to old hardware and/or malware infections. In addition to this, we often field requests for new computer setups, printer installations, and network upgrades. This wide variety of work enables us to stay abreast of the latest technologies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before hiring any IT professional, check their references. Ask them for names and phone numbers of people for whom the professional has done work. Do not trust your valuable computer equipment and data to someone prior to ensuring they are of good reputation and integrity.
