I’m located in Houston ( close to Canonsburg ), and I love to help local clients reach their goals. I'm Specializing in Women's Personal Training.
I provide expert instruction in Private and Small Group Sessions. I offer personal training 1:1, group strength and HIIT classes, I teach Pilates and spin classes. These high energy, intense 60 minute fitness classes will boost your metabolism and increase your body's ability to burn fat, increase muscle tone and lean muscle mass, resulting in a firmer, leaner, stronger you.
Pilates class is a goal-based class that empower clients to increase strength and flexibility as well as improve posture, coordination, and balance. This class can relieve pain, aid in injury prevention and recovery, create functional strength, and improve lives.
I'm world class Instructor who will motivate you every step of the way in this world first workout experience that tones you like no other workout can. All this in a space that inspires and ignites.
I love work with people and change their loves. Every day is another step closer to their goal. They deserve this.
Whether it's group classes at my studio, your gym or office or you want 1:1 sessions, my class is the way to get fit and have FUN!

Martina is amazing, hands down. She’s everything you could possibly want or need in a trainer. You can tell the moment you connect with her, she genuinely cares about you and your goals and she will do everything she can to get you there. I’m so grateful to be working with such a wonderful trainer! She will work you hard and give it to you straight. She pushes you out of your comfort zone. But she’s also extremely caring and sweet. After 35+years of working in a highly stressful environment and neglecting to take care of myself , I retired and decided to focus on getting back to a healthy lifestyle. I found Martina on thumbtack. While I have been working with her for approx 5 weeks, I have noticed a difference in how I look and feel.
