I’m located in Houston ( close to Canonsburg ), and I love to help local clients reach their goals. I'm Specializing in Women's Personal Training.
I provide expert instruction in Private and Small Group Sessions. I offer personal training 1:1, group strength and HIIT classes, I teach Pilates and spin classes. These high energy, intense 60 minute fitness classes will boost your metabolism and increase your body's ability to burn fat, increase muscle tone and lean muscle mass, resulting in a firmer, leaner, stronger you.
Pilates class is a goal-based class that empower clients to increase strength and flexibility as well as improve posture, coordination, and balance. This class can relieve pain, aid in injury prevention and recovery, create functional strength, and improve lives.
I'm world class Instructor who will motivate you every step of the way in this world first workout experience that tones you like no other workout can. All this in a space that inspires and ignites.
I love work with people and change their loves. Every day is another step closer to their goal. They deserve this.
Whether it's group classes at my studio, your gym or office or you want 1:1 sessions, my class is the way to get fit and have FUN!

Martina hits all the right notes for personal fitness training. She’s professional, knowledgeable, motivational, and knows just how to get the most out of me in every session. She’s kind, caring, and patient. In the time I’ve been working with her, in person and remotely during pandemic restrictions, I’ve gained strength, confidence, improved balance, and endurance. Martina is amazing, hands down. She’s everything you could possibly want or need in a trainer. You can tell the moment you connect with her, she genuinely cares about you and your goals and she will do everything she can to get you there. I’m so grateful to be working with such a wonderful trainer! She will work you hard and give it to you straight. She pushes you out of your comfort zone. But she’s also extremely caring and sweet. All around amazing trainer and woman!

I am 100% satisfied with Martina. She treats each client individually depending on their needs. She pushes me to my limits and even after five sessions, I already feel and see results. After 35+years of working in a highly stressful environment and neglecting to take care of myself , I retired and decided to focus on getting back to a healthy lifestyle. I found Martina on thumbtack. While I have been working with her for approx 5 weeks, I have noticed a difference in how I look and feel. We not only work out but discuss what foods to eat and how they impact your weight loss...which I also needed badly. She has been great in getting me back on track to live a long and healthy life!

I had gastric bypass and have never been in a gym, with Martina's help I've have been a gym member for 4 years now. We started from basic nutrition and exercise and she made adjustment as I progressed. She always made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly. If you want results give Martina a chance and you will see them!
