When my brother, Jonathan, and I were teenagers, our favorite thing to do together was work. We were raised in the Amish work ethic, so on the weekends we picked up side jobs building decks or small pool sheds. That’s how Starway Roof Systems began: with one Jeep and a dozen side jobs.
