Stop looking elsewhere. Seriously. Liam is the man. I would hire him as a life coach, let alone a contractor. Our basement looks absolutely perfect. Didn’t nickel and dime me for the little details I asked for. His workers were extremely kind and professional. Lead time was reasonable, and they actually pulled it off in just about the amount of time that they said they would. What a breath of fresh air after the last contractor I worked with. I’ve used Kiprevo group for a few projects including deck, living room flooring, moulding, removing a wall and I will use them again in the future. They take their time, and do things well. Liam did a great job in the basement - drywalling, baseboard, painting and carpets. He is very professional and trustworthy. He did additional jobs of repairing some siding and corner posts which saved me a lot of money! Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts to veterans and elderly.
We provide financial assistance
Contract in most cases is divided by 3 installments:
1/3 with the contract; 1/3 at 50% completion and 1/3 at the end of the project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty simple:
First initial meeting we get to know each other, we discuss the details of your project, we give you a quote. You make the decision if we fit and we move to the contract. We specify all the details in the contract and we put you on schedule.
We do offer financing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After last deployment and end of my military contract I had to find the way to make a living. Construction was always something I was interesting. The learning process took some time but I believe we got everything under control.
