There were some difficult stains to remove on my father's microfiber sofa. I was pleasantly surprised that all were removed and the furniture looks great. The techs communicated with me so I knew when they were going to arrive. They were professional, kind and efficient. I would hire DC Carpet Care again.

I think they did a nice job. Explained that some stains may not come out if there in the padding of the furniture. My loveseat looks brand new. The one chair looks good the other I think may need a once over again. But all in all they did a good job.
