The technician Steven Yan, was excellent. He could relate to me wanting the best financial option and not just upselling me on things. He went above and beyond in various ways and I applaud him for the level of customer service he provided. Being in a field of install & service technicians, I know how important it is to "wow" the customer. Steven, certainly did this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $58.00 diagnostic fee. The $58.00 diagnostic fee is waived when you opt to have the repair done. We offer FREE ESTIMATES for replacing existing heating & cooling systems. Energy-Star Services offers discounts and specials. Visit our website to view specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Energy-Star Services has a full office staff and you will get an immediate response. Once we receive your message we'll respond via chat. Our office staff will contact you to schedule a time and day for service. Our scheduling window is usually 3-4 hours. For example, your window could be between 1-4 p.m. Although we make every effort to accommodate specific time requests if possible. Our technician will give a courtesy call to let you know they're on their way for your convenience.
