I contacted Universal Air Heating and Cooling because I was having an issue with my central AC. The unit had power, but no air was coming out. Shortly after, a technician named Ened reached out to me. I explained the issue, and the very next day he was at my door. He performed a diagnostic that took about 20 minutes and quickly identified the problem. He explained which part needed to be replaced, and once it arrived, he came back, completed the repair, tested the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Ened’s professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. He was also very honest about the condition of my unit. It’s an older system, and he let me know that it’s nearing the end of its lifespan and will likely need to be replaced within the next couple of years. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t try to push for a replacement right away. Many companies would have simply told me to replace the unit, but Ened took the time to fix it and gave me honest guidance. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I’m very glad I chose to work with this company and truly appreciate the service I received. Thank you, Ened!
