I was in desperate need for someone to come out and look at my oil furnace because there was no heat during the horrible weather we just had. He quickly responded to me and said he would be over in 40 minutes. When he was over, he educated me on everything that I needed to do to make sure this doesn’t happen again upon a few tries. He ended up fixing my heat and I was able to warm my house. One of the greatest experiences I had with someone dealing with heat.

I hired Aldi and his team for my furnace and boiler servicing. He took the time to explain all of the issues he discovered, and gave very transparent prices upfront. He took pictures and videos for me and helped me understand the problems better, so we can figure out the best solution. He was also very flexible with timing as I was unavailable onsite. Aldi also did an extra repair of a piece that wasn’t originally planned for, and only charged the price of the material. He was honest, responsive, and very professional with his jobs. Thank you so much for your help.

I explained that I needed the motor replaced, as confirmed by another HVAC specialist. However, he insisted the system required over $1,000 in additional repairs. After those didn’t solve the issue, he finally replaced the motor I originally asked for — and guess what? Problem solved. He may be skilled at replacing parts, but accurate diagnostics are definitely not his strong suit. Spent over $1000 in repairs that were not needed.
