Mario and his team literally saved me! I had a horrible experience with a previous painting company, which caused me to have to replace 8 interior doors in my new house. I reached out to Mario for help and he was able to stop by the next day! They helped make sure the doors were on correctly, fixed the trim, and painted everything exactly how I wanted it. I definitely won't hesitate to work with this company again in the future.

Tried to paint my daughter’s room myself but quickly discovered I have no talent for painting . Found Prime Master Painting on thumbtack so fast , contacted them and heard back almost immediately. They made the process so easy and fast and now my 8 year old will be extremely happy with her new dark pink room . The quality is amazing too , the room looks great ! So so happy I chose them . Mario and Kevin's team did a great job painting my entire home - ceiling, walls, trim, and doors. It looks great! I selected their team after receiving estimates from five other companies and they were personable, made great recommendations for the paint, and seemed to genuinely care about getting the project done well. Also, Mario was the only contractor who brought booties to wear during the estimate. To me, that was a sign that he and his team would be diligent in terms of taking care of the property and cleaning up while there.
Thankfully that proved to be true. His team did a great job prepping and getting the walls ready and the paint job was the cherry on top. I would definitely work with them again!

Our pricing is always fair and honest. We have no hidden fees or unexpected changes in pricing. Our pricing is based off creating the most value for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to do a walkthrough of the project with the customer to fully understand their request. We follow up with an estimate for the work that is detailed and itemized with all the work that needs to be done. When we are hired we work on scheduling with our customer to get the work done at the best possible time. Then we explain the process of all the work and how long it will take. The final step is delivering a top quality service and following up with our customer to make sure they are satisfied and happy with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and experience comes from years of working with my family and home improvement companies that have allowed me to gain experience and knowledge that I can now use to provide an excellent service.
