- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not have a set pricing structure. We come out to the home, evaluate the issue, and start calculating what needs to be done, and going through each part of the process, step by step, then, together with our customer, arrive at a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are associated with the IAQA, Basement Health Organization, and MICRO Mold Certifications. We have CMRs (Certified Mold Remediators). CMIs (Certified Mold Inspectors), and CHSTs (Certified Health and Safety Technicians) all on staff.
