What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is per signature. One is $5. I do charge travel fee and it's various by customer location. Extra charge is for printing out or preparing documents like POA, Durable POA, Affidavits and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can call or email me and ask about his date and time availability. I have to be partially prepaid (deposit) before I'll travel to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Degree in Library and Information Science. I'm NOTARY PUBLIC for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
