You guys can improve by showing up on time & not parking in the middle of a persons small street blocking up traffic & rushing a high price quote after examining the tree. I asked what about this senior discount as advertised & he never gave the quote, because he had to hurry off, as there was cars behind him & thinking he was coming back & even tho I called him he never answered or told me he was leaving & didn’t care to do the job. It was for me a terrible experience & extremely unprofessional on William’s as it makes this company look like they are working with immature, as well as, amateur people! Beware people of this company, terrible just terribly poor service!😒
