Pat went above and beyond to help me out and make sure everything was done correctly. Couldn't be happier about the outcome. He replaced my leaky main shutoff valve on the street side of my meter and also the shutoff and bent pipe on the house side of the meter. His soldering work was perfect and everything is all patched up. Full disclosure the tape in the pictures was done by me after the fact to close up the plastic that we had to cut away to do the pipe sweating that close to the wall.

Got a quick response and the plumber was able to troubleshoot where my leak was originating. He stopped the leak relatively easily. Glad I called. Will definitely call in the future for other plumbing issues.

The plumber came out at 8 pm on Sunday night, two days before Christmas. He wrestled with an intractable drain block for two and a half hours, and only charged me slightly more than the original estimate (which can't have imagined the scale of the problem), because of a needed part. He took the time to clean up after himself (a not insignificant job given the task) and was polite and professional throughout. Restored my faith in old fashioned customer service!
