Laurel did a wonderful job DJing my dad's celebration of life memorial picnic. She played the music he used to like and everyone really enjoyed it. She helped make the event even more special.

Did a pretty good job, they followed up requests and they touched base with me a lot during the event and before. Laurel also went to each table personally and called them to dinner. They definitely made sure to keep people on the floor and they stopped songs and moved on to another when people weren't dancing...my only problem was transition, there seemed to be song transition issues at times, but other than that, I say it was a good job and my guests loved the reception.

Keystone Entertainment was GREAT to work with - their entire team was professional, helpful, flexible and really patient with us. They did a great job! We had an Indian wedding and reception - and Keystone did a fantastic job of playing Indian/Bollywood music as well as american music. Hands down, one of the best vendors that we dealt with for our wedding!

My experience was nothing short but perfect! I could not be happier with the music, base, lights, monogram! Everyone lovee the monogram.
The music I requested was played along with songs my guest requested. Don't hesitate to book with laurel. She was there every step of the way with any questions or concerns I had . She was also there to make sure it all went smooth! Thank you !

Keystone was great to work with. I hired them to DJ/KJ my daughter’s 10th birthday party. They were very responsive and communicated well. The party was perfect. All the kids had fun. Very professional and age appropriate. He played great dance music that the kids loved. The kids we’re all comfortable and sang. There were plenty of microphones. The lights added the perfect Touch. There was no inappropriate language. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends upon the type of services requested, plus the number of hours, travel distance, day of week, etc. We believe our pricing is very fair, and provides our clients with outstanding value, especially considering our number of years in business, and our level of expertise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to learn a little more about what the client envisions, and which services they are in need of, and then we provide them with as much relevant information as possible so that the client has all the resources necessary to help them make an informed decision. Then, if the client wishes, we are happy to meet with them in person so that we can get to know one another a little, and so that they will be more comfortable working with us, should they decide to use our services. It also gives us a chance to learn more about our clients' personalities, which enables us to put a more personal touch on their event and incorporate little extras that will mean a lot to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laurel majored in music at Duquesne University with a minor in music technology, and has also worked with florals and decor for many years. She and her husband Dave have been instrumental to developing Keystone from a small DJ service in 1991 into the full-service DJ, lighting & event production outfit that it is today.
Many of us also attend the yearly trade shows and seminars in order to stay current on all the new ideas and new technologies available to us. We also keep up with all the manufacturer videos released regarding new innovations in our field.
The seminars are also a valuable source of wisdom and advice on how to run our business more professionally and with greater success and customer satisfaction.
We believe in proactively keeping abreast of new information and staying on top of trends, so that we can offer the best, newest products & services to our clients.
