OPERATION CLEAN LLC was o u t s t a n d i n g !!
I contacted Operation Clean because the company that I had originally hired to help me was a no-show on the morning the service was scheduled. I was visiting Youngstown to help my elderly mom get her 58-year-old house ready to sell. I only had limited days to get everything done before I needed to return to Columbus. When I spoke with Cody Record and explained the situation to him --- he was willing to get a crew together on that very day !!
Within hours, a huge dumpster was dropped off and then shortly thereafter a crew of eleven men arrived. The crew was both courteous and respectful. The crew worked carefully, quickly and efficiently to remove all the items from the house and garage. The job was completed on that same day.
As the crew was finishing, I asked Cody if he had a cleaner available to come the next day to clean and deodorize the basement. He did! The house cleaner arrived the next day and did a stellar job! The basement now looks and smells great!
Cody Record was extremely professional and responsive from start to finish. If I sent a text to him, he answered immediately. If I called, he answered the phone. When he said he would call me back, he did. Cody and his team did an a m a z i n g job in a very short amount of time, with very little lead time.
My rating above indicates 5 stars --- please note that this company truly deserves more than five stars !!! I can absolutely recommend OPERATION CLEAN LLC with utmost confidence!!
