I paid the 50% deposit for pretty petal occasions service and reached out to her a few times with no response back. Because I hadn’t heard back after several attempts, i grew very concerned and reached out to thumbtack to open a dispute since I believed she took my money and ran. After opening a dispute, I heard back from her in which she apologized for missing my previous attempts to reach her but my fiancé and I decided not to move forward with her service due to our concerns with communication and I requested a full refund in which she agreed. She told me she would forward the refund back to me within 2 weeks but I haven’t received the funds yet and yesterday was the end of the 2 week timeframe. Hoping to get my money back soon as wedding planning is stressful enough and unfortunately, this company has added to that stress. Based off her reviews, it sounds like this company may have worked for others but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at all. Hoping to get my money soon and move on from this as my wedding is in just a few months. I do not recommend this company at all.
