We appraise single family homes up to four unit apartments. We have coverage throughout Allegheny, Beaver,Butler, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. We do for sale by owner, tax assessment appeals, divorce, PMI removal, estate appraisals, bankruptcy, mortgage (conventional and FHA) and home equity. I have over 35 years of experience, so when experience counts, you can count on our experience.
PRICING: $425 for Single Family homes; $575 for Multi-Family homes (up to 4 units). Prices do vary based on larger square footage, acreage and complexity of the home
