- What types of customers have you worked with?
Electrical service upgrades,install outlets/switches,remodel on basements(turning them into living area AKA man cave) ceiling fans,exhaust fans,telephone/internet connections adding additional outlets to an existing circuit or adding circuits to an existing panel sitting down with customer who really don't know what direction to go in and give them my expertise on changes and upgrades they may or may not know about service call we are open 24/7 to come to the aid of customers who are in danger or just afraid of something electrical in their home Be sure you call someone to access the situation dont take your life in your hands dealing with something that may not be in your field of expertise
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their License if they have one they will no problem showing you or giving you the number to check on your own and make sure they are insured make sure they have liability as well as personal injury coverage's to protect themselves and the homeowners as well in the event of an accident make sure their insurance will cover the cost of the estimate plus 15% just in case the job cost go over the estimated amount As always when you meet a tradesman(Contractor) go with your gut feeling if they seem shady chances are they may have something to hide or a shady past politely tell them you will get back to them
