- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on house conditions, first time cleaning or one time are through cleanings and are priced differently, prices will go down if you desire recurring service , weekly, biweekly, or once a month. In order o give the best service and most accurate prices, we offer free on-site estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to tell us how would you like things done, first cleanings usually take longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in customer service, working in different areas; restaurants, commercial cleaning, residence cleaning and remodeling.
