- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid houses based on square footage and number of rooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible I like to be able to walk through the home with the customer, to get an idea of what their needs are. For busier families, a phone conversation is just as effective. It is very important for me to make sure that all their needs are met, as I take pride in offering high quality cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in commercial cleaning as well as residential cleaning; I was trained by a company that has been in business for over 20 years doing both. My experience includes the following: Residential: standard, deep, post-construction, move-in/out, apartment to 5,000+ square foot homes Commercial: standard, deep, post-construction, turnover, administrative and health care offices
