The crew arrived promptly, and were very polite and friendly; everything looked good when they finished, and the price was just as they'd quoted. About what I'd expect from a solid cleaning company. More to the point, though, what really earned a five star review was the absolutely fantastic customer service I got from Mrs. Miller. As this was a move out cleaning, I had scheduled my cleaning to be two hours after my movers were scheduled to arrive, but they were tremendously late. I contacted Mrs. Miller about an hour before my appointment asking what I could do with my schedule tying itself in a knot, and she immediately rescued it by managing to trade my appointment time with someone else's later in the afternoon. It was a close shave, with how late the move ran, but the cleaning crew arrived right as they were finishing up, and everything ran very smoothly. Bottom line: Flexible, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate unseen complications. What a lifesaver!

That did excellently. We'll have them back for the rest of the house (we have a large place) and regularly afterward, but they were meticulous, moving paintings and making sure everything was clean.

Sue and her crew were speedy, friendly, and prompt. I was thrilled that they were able to clean two days in a row when our move wasn't quite finished, and the floors were trashed from really bad weather. The only regret I have is that I was very distracted and wasn't able to give the crew a little more direction, to clean the things that often get overlooked- especially by me- dusting blinds, etc. I had a great experience with Sue and will use her again.

Sue was absolutely amazing! She cleaned my rental house on move out and went above and beyond. I told her to be quick and being perfect didnt matter for this job, yet she took her time and even deep cleaned the carpets!!! i will be hiring her again if i ever need another house cleaned.

Yes, per hour rate depending on man hours needed to complete the job. This depends on every situation from deep cleans, recurring cleans, one time cleans and then there are different rates for rates painting, home organization and yard work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is a key element in having a successful business relationship with our clients. We get your complete information, quote the job, talk to clients to find specific needs and concerns they may have. Schedule the work, complete the work and then talk to the client. Once again communication is key!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner of Miller's above & beyond cleaning, I have a marketing background and customer service is our main concern. I have many years experience in home and office cleaning.
