Stephan is a consummate pro. He brought new high uplift blades. Also got a tune up. Plug, fuel, air and oil filters. His clean up was thorough. When he left, it looked like a new tractor.

Stephan was extremely thorough with the job. Almost immediately he determined the problem, which was a wire that had been chewed through by a mouse. He repaired the wire, and then replaced the gas filter, the air filter and put a gas shut off valve which had not been in place before. Having worked with many independent contractors, I can emphatically state that Stephan is at the top of the line of any I have ever dealt with.

Stephan set out to change the blades , repairing some other stuff not right. He fixed it all in short order. Good choice for anyone with small equipment problems.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is 85.00 per hour for individual repairs. If you purchase a package it breaks down to significantly less. I do offer discounts and some free services to veterans and law enforcement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, commitment, completion. First I consult the customer on their situation providing my suggestions and options available to help meet there goal. Then commit to the agreed upon services. Finally I complete the service and get get paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of working with my dad who taught me everything I know and continuing to research and learn the latest technology.
