Matt was excellent. Very communicative of the parts of my desktop pc which was not working and needs replacements. He knows what needs to be done to have my desktop pc back up and running again. I would recommend him for computer repair.

I only have positive things to say about Matthew. Working together across several time zones, Mattew was responsive, communicative and proactive in his approach to my problem. During repairs there was a accidental failure. He apologized and hooked me up with a new replacement within 24 hrs. Very professional in his dealing with a difficult situation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 13 years old my neighbor (friend of the family) introduced me to the world of technology. His house was filled with robots, computers and various inventions. I knew at that point that, “This is what I want to do for the rest of my life!” I built my first computer when I was only 14 years old, thanks to my neighbor’s instruction. I kept building and building and building, until my knowledge became vast. Eventually, this led me to build my own company. I put the same passion into my client’s devices as I do my own.
