- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding packages are $649 and include your entire reception! We do not put you on a per hour basis. You do not want your Photo Booth Company carrying their equipment, dodging your guests, in or out of your reception! I've seen it with other companies! With us you get unlimited use of the photo booth, early set-up, tons of props, and the award winning VIP Memories Album for the bride and groom to take home that night. We also upload the photos to a Facebook album if desired so your guests can view, share, and download the photos. We absolutely do not have any extra fees or up charges! We also offer a discount for Friday and Sunday weddings! We are currently offering a $50 Thumbtack discount! :) We also love parties of all kinds! The VIP Celebrity Party package starts at $449 for 3 hours and are not available on Saturday nights. Advertising prices available upon request. We do offer discounts! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the type of event. Then we work with the host or planner to make sure our booth and photo strips will match the colors and the theme of the event. Each event is unique in design! Then we show up when planned, provide top-notch service, entertain your guests, and send everyone home with as many photo strips as he or she desires! FUN!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 40+ years in customer service! We recognize without satisfied customers we have no business! We are fully insured and can provide insurance to the venue. We have operators with all required clearances to work in school settings.
