We just had the house & roof washed by Josh of Grato Property Care....WOW!!!! Looks brand new!!! We ran out of time in the fall so he put us on the schedule first this spring working around the weather & our schedules. Arrived on time, discussed thoroughly what the process was & gave some recommendations for the future. Was very mindful of my landscaping & cleaned up after the work was completed. I highly recommend them & will have them back again! Thanks Josh!

Very pleased with communications with Josh and staff. Very considerate for the customer and their property. Efficient, prompt consideration in Educating the customer on the steps for completion of service provided. I would recommend to Everyone. Would definitely call back if in need of other services his company can provide.
