WOW! I didn't think this type of service existed any more. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. I left a message asking for some information on repairing my Dell laptop and I received a return call same day. Eric was very knowledgeable and his price quote was fair so we set up an appointment for him to pick up my computer. He arrived on time, looked over the problems with the computer, gave me an estimated time frame for the repair and off he went with my laptop--it was that easy! The best was when he completed the repair in the estimated time frame. To say it is "inconvenient" to be without your computer is certainly an understatement and Eric kept that time to a minimum, returning my laptop to me on a holiday weekend so I would have it ready to go for the work week! He did what he said he would do, for the price quoted, in the time frame quoted--AND...my computer is actually repaired and running great! (unlike my experience with a repair shop very close to Doylestown!) I HIGHLY recommend RightClick computers and would not hesitate to use their services again.
