I understand that there was a misunderstanding regarding pricing, and I take responsibility for not explaining it clearly enough. However, the quoted range of $162–$216 was based on the entire project, not solely on the time spent on-site. The price included travel to and from the job site (approximately 140 miles round trip), materials used for the repair, tools, transportation expenses, and the cost of obtaining the lead through the platform. The appointment was scheduled in the evening, and the repair was completed successfully. All requested laminate sections were replaced using the method requested by the customer. I would also like to clarify that all communication took place via text messages, and I never met the customer in person. I was not traveling from another customer in order to increase the bill, nor did I charge separately for gas. The quoted amount reflected the total cost of completing the job. I never pressured anyone for payment, and there was no argument or confrontation. I left the job site before receiving payment and was paid afterward. I respect all customers and always strive to provide fair pricing and quality workmanship. I regret the misunderstanding, but I do not believe this review accurately reflects what occurred.
