Where should I even start! This was my first time hiring someone to clean my place up. I had a lot of dust and debris everywhere from remodeling. I invited Ideal Home Cleaning Service and other businesses to tour my condo and give me a quote. From the start, everything with this business is professional! I felt like I was in good hands from the door. The tour was brief, and we set up our appointment a week ahead of time.
One of the many things that I appreciated from this company, is the communication. From start, to finish! That’s what set them aside from the other businesses to me and helped build the confidence in Ideal Home.
The day of our appointment, they were at my door right on time. I was a little worried about how long it was going to take this team of two professionals to tackle this project. They gave me a time and I was most impressed when they finished earlier than expected. Time appears to be a very important theme to this company.
I could smell a wonderful scent as soon as I parked my car in the garage! Have you ever heard of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition? That’s how I felt when I walked in! Everything leading up to the cleaning was a very long and hectic process for me. So, to have this team polish everything up for me stress and worry free; felt amazing.
Customer relationship is important to any business. I’m very satisfied with the service I received, and I feel comfortable saying that they will strive to go above and beyond to offer the best service to any current and future customers!
They even left me a little gift!

Gabriele and her team were nice and professional. I asked them to focus on a couple specific areas of my apartment since I haven't had time to clean it due to being busy at work, and it almost looks like I just moved in. It's nice to have a clean apartment again. Thank you!
