What I thought would be a simple job turned out to be a major issue. Jay walked me through my options, including the pros and cons of each, until we determined the best course of action. We ran out of time to complete the job the first day, but he promptly returned on the second day to finish. I now have an unclogged sink with the proper fixtures thanks to him.
