- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront flat-rate pricing with no hidden surprises. We do charge a dispatch/diagnostic fee to cover the cost of travel, evaluation, and professional troubleshooting time. We provide 1-10 yrs warranty. While we occasionally offer free estimates for select projects or promotions, we believe in being transparent — nothing is truly “free.” Many companies build the cost of multiple unpaid estimates into higher pricing later or increase costs after work begins with unexpected items. Our goal is to provide honest evaluations, clear options, and fair pricing from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer’s concerns, perform an on-site evaluation, explain the issue clearly, and provide upfront options before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians receive ongoing technical and safety training and stay updated with current electrical codes, smart home systems, and EV technologies.
