Of all the contractors I’ve worked with over the years, Paul is hands down the best. Paul cares about the work he does and it shows. I’m pretty detail oriented and can be picky at times, but that was not an issue when working with Paul because he understood my concerns and offered solutions quickly. He is very responsive. Finally, Paul’s positive attitude made the entire process so much easier—trust me this makes a big difference after you’ve dealt with difficult contractors who complain. Not Paul, however, we always felt comfortable talking to him about the process, preferences, etc.
