We are thrilled with the new deck built by NexGen. From the sales rep who took the time to understand our needs, to the pre-project inspection to be sure there would be no "gotcha's", to the project manager who stayed in touch throughout the process, to the construction crew who worked fast, hard, and clean -- everyone was great! I highly recommend them.

Communication was a bit off at the start of our job but now that it's all finished we're very pleased with our new deck and door. Giving NexGen 4.5 Stars (deducting 1/2 star for the initial issue but their quick responsiveness saved the day).

The work was well done. Im satisfied with the outcome. Although the work was not done completely as specified in the agreement. Some of my neighbors slates were removed prior to cutting slates down the middle between properties. My neighbors side was partially covered with shingles to cover the error. It looks good and I havent heard any complaints from my neighbor.
