My husband and I hired William to complete a bathroom project in our investment property. The bathroom was a mess with mold, bugs, cracks and other problems. We received a about 6 quotes but decided to go with William because of his excellent reviews, quick response, professional manner, and thorough explanation of what he would do. We are not disappointed! He did a fantastic job! He sent photos of the progress along the way, he was there when he said he would be, he communicated with us along every step of the way asking for our preferences and making recommendations. He worked hard and got the job done in the time frame that he promised. The bathroom looks amazing! Much better than we could have even imagined. His price was very fair for the quality of work too. He is also very nice and easy to talk to! We will definitely be using William again!

Bill and his crew consistently go above and beyond. High quality work, very reasonable pricing, great communication. We initially wanted to get our main bathroom gutted and remodeled in our new 100 year old fixer upper, but we quickly decided to include the rest of the house. We’ve been able to tackle a huge list of upgrades, from new wiring and plumbing, tankless water heater, new windows, replace and refinish hardwood flooring, a powder room remodel, whole house painting ... and on and on. We’ve already recommended Bill to friends and family, and we foresee working with him for years to come as we work our way through upgrades. No one likes to have construction done, but it has been a pleasure working with these guys!

Great and very professional job on a bathroom remodel. We hadn't planned to get a remodel so soon in our new house, but had a leak and learned that the original contractor didn't do the tub / tiling properly. ADAD quickly assessed the problem and worked with us to develop a solution. They started the job very soon after we agreed to hire them. Resetting our tub and retiling the shower area took about three days, plus an extra hour or so to patch up some remaining issues. The company's leader, William, was very responsive to our requests and concerns throughout, and made sure we were happy with the work before declaring the job done. He was also upfront about how different options would affect the final price. And for the mobile savvy, they take Venmo payments! Overall, we're happy with the end result.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally price my jobs based on hours it will take to complete the project, I also factor in the level of difficulty. Meaning a complete bathroom remodel will be more then say a drywall patch job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first would like to introduce myself as well as my employees to the customer. I then would have the customer explain exactly what he/she was looking to have done. Most of my business comes by word of mouth, so we really pride ourselves on the quality of work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Union Carpenters Aprrenticeship program and have been in the construction industry for 10 plus years.
