FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No confusing packages here, I believe in keeping things simple. You are in control of how much time we use and how much you spend. The published and quoted base pricing is for the photographer session fee unless otherwise stated. You choose the number of images you want to buy. There is a fee of $25 per image and (includes retouching). Makeup is an additional $135 per session. Express services are also available for an additional fee. All photos are digitally delivered unless prints are discussed and purchased separately. Advanced printing can be discussed at the time of purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are in total control of their headshot and portrait experiences. I’m here to guide you through the process of creating the best headshots and portraits you’ve ever had. We will start by discussing your shoot and needs. We’ll then discuss the details about grooming, hair, makeup, and wardrobe. On the day of your shoot, we’ll work together and shoot a lot of images and then afterwards we will sit down together and select the best shots from your shoot. Once we’ve narrowed down the absolute best of the best photos and you’re happy with your selections to be purchased they will go to editing and polishing (at no additional charge) where they will be tweaked for color correction and an even crisper look. Any images that don’t make the cut are deleted. After a few days, the editing process will be complete and images will be delivered to you digitally. In the event you would like to print images, printing is available directly from my lab and your folder or you can download the images and take them somewhere else to have them printed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the privilege of shooting headshots and portfolios for two internationally know talent agencies. I’m a member of a few different photography groups. I’ve attended a number of master level photography courses specific to headshots, portraiture, and lighting. I’ve shot Fashion Week a few times.
