We believe in transparent pricing and detailed proposals. Every home is different, so we take the time to properly measure, inspect, and understand the project before providing recommendations. We offer options to fit different budgets while focusing on long-term value, quality installation, and energy efficiency. Our goal is to provide a solution that makes sense for the homeowner rather than a one-size-fits-all sales approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation and inspection to understand the customer's goals, concerns, and budget. For window projects, we review style options, energy efficiency, colors, and installation methods before providing a detailed proposal. For roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior projects, we perform a thorough evaluation and explain our findings in plain language. Once the scope is finalized, we communicate throughout the project, maintain a clean jobsite, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Altitude Home Solutions specializes in replacement windows, roofing, siding, gutters, skylights, and exterior remodeling. Our team works with leading manufacturers and follows industry best practices for installation and building code compliance. Owner Aden Twer is a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector and has extensive experience evaluating exterior systems, managing complex projects, and assisting homeowners through insurance restoration when storm damage is involved.
