FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design fee’s are comprehensive, value-based, and billed at a flat rate. We understand that each project is unique, and we’re here to help you determine the appropriate fee schedule based on the size, scope, and location of your project. Our design fee covers both design and management services, and we’re happy to work with you to ensure that it aligns with your budget. To achieve this, the specifics of our fee and the scope of work will be defined in a Letter of Agreement, which outlines the agreement between you and Nile Johnson Interior Design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal meeting is the most effective way for us to introduce ourselves and get to know each other. Via Zoom or in person, during our first meeting, we would like to hear your ideas and examine any architectural drawings, blueprints, and photographs you may have to determine the extent of your project, how the space should operate, what your design style is, and how you envision the completed space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
