Joseph Hines from Hines Contracting started a basement project for me and never finished the job. He took the money and walked off the job leaving the job unfinished. He never got the final inspections done. Left the bathrooms unfinished, Bar unfinished, never started the patio and left numerous other things not done. Contractors like Hines Contracting are a disgrace to the industry.

Could not ask for a better crew then Hines Construction. Fair pricing, punctual, and awesome quality of work. They have done 3 projects on my house thus far and still counting. I would strongly recommend Hines construction to anybody.

Joe and his team installed flooring for me in my dining room and kitchen. They helped me find the right product to fit my room and were able to complete to job quickly with no mess left behind. His prices are honest and fair. I would not recommend anyone else for you home improvement needs. He defines the term professional.
