My sink was falling off the wall I called P.I.S and they came in took it off replaced it with my new one cleaned up the mess I couldn’t be more happy with there professional and Precise work definitely will use them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know as first time customer there 20% off labor cost and I normally charge buy job size almost as if it’s a flat rate but smaller jobs hourly is 75$ per hour but very reasonable and flexible
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrange a meet in greet along with walk through I try to very flexible and reasonable with every customer I walk them through step process on some larger jobs I like to use what I call a phase process for example phase 1 might be demo and clean up Phase 2 installation phase3 paint prep phase4 finishings
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Youth building 1 year pha pre apprenticeship program 1 year 4 years associated builders and contractors. And a ton of field Experience
