- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my customers to give them the best prices for my quality work. I am flexible if the situation calls for it. I work with customers make them happy because the prices is not always the final determination.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call customers up to find out all the details of the job. Then we schedule the job. I like to call or text when I am heading over and stay in constant contact so customers are always updated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal computer education and worked with carpenters on the side for many years.
