Great experience with Toan for our bathroomremodel last month. He was responsive to calls, puntual, and very fair with his prices. Very kind and down to earth, courteous while in our house. I work with my customers to give them the best prices for my quality work. I am flexible if the situation calls for it. I work with customers make them happy because the prices is not always the final determination.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call customers up to find out all the details of the job. Then we schedule the job. I like to call or text when I am heading over and stay in constant contact so customers are always updated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal computer education and worked with carpenters on the side for many years.
