Jeff reached out for a small project I needed done, came right away and fixed it in 3 days! Very impressed and great workmanship. Closed up a doorway with drywall and made a new doorway no one would ever know.

I hired Jeff to pressure wash and stain my deck. He came on time and was very professional and had great suggestions. I was so impressed that I immediately hired him to build a foundation and assemble a shed in the backyard. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it's varies so much from job to job unless we are doing the same repetitive job over and over again.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak on the phone, get to know each other a little bit, meet on the job and discuss all the details. Next I will write the proposal, meet again and discuss. If we come to an agreement we would then set a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to electrical and plumbing school years ago. Other then that, I'm pretty good at what I do in all the other trades after 30 years.
