AMR Services is very prompt and has very good communication with their clients. I'm happy with the work and the individuals who came out to repair the problem got it done. The issue I take is with the cost of service. In my experience, a master plumber can run between $125-$150/hr at maximum. My visit was scheduled between 9 and 12. So at a maximum 3 hours with 2 plumbers. What I assumed to have been <$100 in material. $200 to cut open the drywall, which I could have done had I been around. $45 onsite visit (factored into price if job is completed by company) $200 $100 $150/hr * 2 for 3 hours. At maximum, if both plumbers were of master level, my expectation was that it should be ~$1200 without taxes etc. The one individual was obviously being trained. It was also simple a 1ft section and required a few bends be made. I expected to pay about half of what I actually ended up paying, but my tenant is happy.

Our electrician Kevin was just great. He is highly professional, competent, thorough and extremely informative about the project (portable generator install) we were doing. Overall Kevin was a pleasure to work with and I’m sure we will make use of his services again! Dr, Jeff Robbins Yardley, PA

Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the two professionals that replaced a pedastal sink and toilet. They were prompt and professional. We really appreciated that they took the time to ask us about placement. Our bathroom looks amazing!

I had a clog in my toilet that led to it not flushing which somehow led to the water in my tub not going down. It was explained to me that they could unclog it two ways, snake it or having to remove the toilet if the first way didn't work. Well sure enough with some persistence and hard work they removed the clog only having to use the snake. So all the water went down and toilet was flushing properly again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We come out and do an evaluation, see exactly what your project entails, and give you pricing! If the price is acceptable, we complete the work right away! If for some reason you decide not to have the work done, we do have a $45.00 evaluation fee. This gets waved/credited if the work is decided to be done at a later date as well (within 45-90 days)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make sure the customer is aware of our standard installation pricing and we meet your needs for every project. We walk through the project with the customer to make sure we understand their needs. We sign you into a price that we agree upon and we begin the work. Afterward, the work is completed, we walk each customer back through the job. The price you signed into is the same price you pay after the installation is completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our electricians and plumbers are licensed and insured in every township and borough in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware counties, and Philadelphia

Not what you’re looking for?

No problem: we have pros for every job.
