Dakota’s experience in managing a a large mold remediation effort was invaluable. What started as a very simple project, buying a new dishwasher on a Black Friday sale in 2023, turned in to a massive 3 month project. Massive mold remediation throughout the crawlspace and replacing much of the subfloor and base cabinets in the kitchen. As he resolved the mold situation, he was able to also assist in reframing rotted walls, new drywall, painting and installing new flooring. While I’m not looking forward to any projects in the near future, I do feel comfortable knowing I can reach out to Dakota for assistance.
