FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates. Our most common pricing structure includes the labor and rough materials, while we provide consultation for the client to select and purchase their own finish materials (cabinets, tile, tub, etc.). This allows the client to have greater control over their finishes budgets and more choice in their selections. If you'd rather have Heritage handle the acquisition of your materials, we provide that option as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In an initial phone call, we arrange a time to come walk through the site to see exactly what needs to happen and discuss with you the full scope of work as we anticipate it. Depending on the scope of work and any subcontractor timelines, within a few days, we send you an estimate. If approved, a contract is sent digitally for review and signing. We generally come work on site Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM until project completion. At the end of everyday, we like to recap with the client on the progress made, any needed change orders, and what happens next. Once a project passes final inspection, and meets your approval, only then do we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
