First, we begin with a 15-minute Discovery Session to understand your health goals, challenges, and lifestyle. If it’s a good fit, we move forward with a personalized plan that includes nutrition coaching, healing meal guides, holistic detox tools, and continuous support. You’ll receive weekly guidance, motivation, and accountability every step of the way — all built around your body and your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Board-Certified Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, as well as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 30 years of medical experience. I have also completed advanced training in holistic weight loss, chronic disease reversal, gut health, and plant-based nutrition.
