- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $50–$120 per hour, depending on the complexity of the project. My minimum project fee is $200. If you prefer, we can also agree on a fixed, all-inclusive project price after discussing the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free Consultation – We discuss your needs, ideas, and the overall direction of the project. 2. Scope Review & Estimate – I evaluate the scope of work and provide a clear cost estimate. 3. Project Start & Deposit – To begin, a 50% advance payment is required. 4. Site Measurements (if needed) – I visit the site to take detailed measurements. 5. Project Development – I create the drawings, designs, or 3D visuals depending on your project needs. 6. Final Payment – The remaining balance is paid upon completion. 7. Final Delivery – You receive all final files and deliverables.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Architecture and have over 10 years of experience working as an residential architect. For the past 3 years, I’ve specialized in interior design and millwork engineering for high-end homes and restaurants across the Main Line area in Pennsylvania. I also have a wide range of technical skills and work confidently with professional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max, along with other industry-standard tools.
