- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat-fee services cover travel in surrounding counties, and extra fees apply for after-hours (7pm), additional documents, travel outside the area, or state-mandated notary acts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the appointment, send a 15-minute prior call, and handle notarizations in person or online, with the option to receive and print documents in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public, trained through the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System, and have been a notary signing agent since November 2020.
