Pricing Remote Online Notarization — starting at $75 per session Final pricing is confirmed after document review and before the appointment. Remote Online Notarization (Most sessions are completed in under 30 minutes.) Secure online notarization completed by live video using a state-approved platform. Ideal for clients who cannot meet in person or require immediate service. How it works: • You provide the document electronically • I send a secure session link (State-approved platform only) • We meet by live video • Identity is verified using a valid, unexpired ID • Your document is notarized and delivered electronically Most standard notarizations are completed in one short session. Same-day and evening appointments available. Payment is required prior to scheduling. Requirements • Digital copy of the document (PDF or clear upload) • Valid, unexpired government-issued ID • Device with camera and internet access Service Area Serving clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and nationwide through secure remote online notarization. Mobile notarization available by appointment. Disclosure: Pricing reflects service time, technology, and administrative handling in addition to the statutory notarial act. I confirm the appointment, send a 15-minute prior call, and handle notarizations in person or online, with the option to receive and print documents in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public, trained through the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System, and have been a notary signing agent since November 2020.
