Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey he discovered his passion for cooking while working alongside talented chefs at prestigious kitchens, including the Hyatt Regency, Hilton Hotel & Resort, Eleven Madison Park, and other acclaimed tri‑state restaurants. That foundation led him to launch his first private chef business, then open his own restaurant, El Empanada King, and help develop several other restaurant concepts for different groups. Today, he offers personalized wedding and event catering and private chef services with the same high standards, creativity, and attention to detail he honed in top-tier restaurants.
