Kevin McTear was the only gentleman that responded to my request to rebuild a knocked down mailbox from a snow plow.
He was punctual, thinking about the job and getting the correct materials no matter how long it took. I believe Kevin can do any job he puts his mind to. He also makes sure he uses quality products and secures them so there is no doubt they will work right.
Kevin is very personable and it was a true gift that he crossed my path today. Unequivacably with Mr. McTear if you have any job that presents difficulty - he makes it right. I highly recommend Kevin for whatever job you have in mind. He is very reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you hire me by the hour, my standard rate is $40.00/Hour. I'd rather bid the individual job, though, because if I look at it in advance, I can come up with different approachwes and ways to do a better job or save you money!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and align their wants and needs with my abilities. I try to give them everything that they want and then some.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've rehabbed homes over the years. I've built them from the ground up. I've taken various construction and development courses over the years and earned my certified aging in place designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
