- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a consultation over the phone to discuss your project in detail. Also this way we can answer all of your questions and or concerns. Most Homeowners that contact us do not realize some of the details and or needs that go into a professional installation. We’re here to help! We will walk you through step by step if needed so you know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the tankless industry. We are the only company with licensed Master Plumbers who have experience working on tankless everyday, all day. We constantly go through extensive training with tankless manufacturers to stay up to date on all products.
